Seamdex publishes one passport per size and colour of a style, each with its own QR code on the GS1 Digital Link standard, so the code on a garment always matches exactly that garment.

Section by section you decide what is public: every section except care and certifications can be switched off for your whole brand. Fibre origins can be shown or kept private, and the supply chain can name your partners or show countries only. Each product can also be published in a Light mode with fewer sections.

Yes. The repair request form is on by default and can be switched off for your brand. When it is on, requests land in your repair inbox and you reply by email through your own mail server, never through us.

Nothing, until you publish again. Publishing freezes a snapshot, so edits sit in the draft with a field-level list of what changed, and the live passport only moves when you publish the next version. Every published version is kept and can be restored into the draft.

A language switcher sits on every passport. Materials and care instructions appear in every EU language, and every other passport label is human-vetted in 3 languages; where a label is not yet vetted the passport says so instead of guessing.
