Pricing questions
One style published from one purchase order. It covers every colour and size of that style: each size and colour still gets its own QR code and passport page, but together they count once, and the optional QR code per colour is free. A T-shirt in 4 colours and 6 sizes on one purchase order is one style passport with 24 QR codes. The same style ordered again on a new purchase order counts as a new one, in the year it is published. Publishing a correction never counts again.
The subscription includes 600 style passports every subscription year, counted from the day you subscribe: roughly 4 collections of 150 styles, 6 of 100, 8 of 75 or 12 smaller drops of 50 a year. Styles you published before subscribing count in your first year.
You keep publishing. Each further style passport adds 0.67 EUR to every monthly invoice until your subscription anniversary (8 EUR at renewal on yearly billing) up to 650, then 0.58 EUR (7 EUR) from 651. The count starts again every year.
You subscribe as part of sign-up and choose yearly billing at 3,000 EUR, which works out at 250 EUR a month, or monthly billing at 300 EUR. Pay by card through Stripe Checkout, or receive invoices payable by bank transfer (the first within 7 days, then within 14).
There is no cheaper plan, and in-app features are never gated: Standard includes everything you use in the app. Enterprise is for bigger clients with custom needs: custom integrations and data flows, multiple brands or legal entities, procurement and contract requirements, and the REST API and MCP server. There is no price list for it; get in touch and we will scope it together.

No. Team members, supplier portal logins, partner access and passport scans are all part of the subscription.
No. Updates for new EU rules are part of the subscription, with no compliance surcharge, and your data carries forward when the textile delegated act lands.
