A purchase order often holds dozens of drafts that share the same factory, packaging and care set. Instead of opening each one, tick the products and apply one change to all of them.
Select products
- On Products, tick the box in front of a style. Every purchase order batch of that style is selected. The header box selects every loaded row, and Select all N matching extends the selection to every product the current search or season filter matches.
- On a purchase order, tick the products you want. The header box selects the whole order.
- A bar above the table shows how many products are selected, how many of them are published, and the actions you can run.
Edit
Edit opens a dialog with one operation at a time:
- Basics: season, country of origin, HS code, passport mode (drafts only).
- Identity: Economic Operator, Assembly Factory and Wash Plant from the supplier library.
- Composition: attach a fibre certificate from the library.
- Packaging: apply a packaging bundle.
- Wash and care: replace the care symbols, add or remove a care note.
- Performance and compliance: cutting scrap share, the three compliance flags.
Library records are copied the same way the editor copies them, so the product keeps a link to the record and its provenance.
Published products are included by default. Their change is saved as unpublished changes and goes live the next time you publish them, exactly like an edit in the editor. Untick Include the published products to leave them alone.
Up to 200 products are updated per run; a larger selection runs in chunks and shows its progress. When it finishes, the dialog lists every product that was skipped and why.
Publish and delete
- Publish publishes every selected draft that passes the publish checks. Drafts with remaining items are skipped and listed, and published products are left as they are.
- Delete removes the selected drafts. Published products are never deleted from here: their passports and QR codes keep working. Only an owner can delete.
Activity
Every bulk run writes one row in Activity with the operation, the number of products and how many were updated, skipped or failed. Each product also keeps its own "Product edited" row, so the history of a single product stays complete.
