Textile producer responsibility schemes ask for what you placed on their market in a calendar year, by category, in pieces or kilograms. Seamdex builds that declaration from the product records you already keep.
Tell Seamdex where the pieces are sold
Open a purchase order and set its Markets: countries with a share in percent or a number of pieces. Every product on the order is split the same way. Under Settings, EPR you can set a default split for orders without their own, record your producer ids with each scheme, and name the EPR contact.
Orders without markets are never guessed. They appear as unallocated in every preview and filing so you can fix them.
Preview and generate
On EPR Reporting, open the Filings tab. Pick the scheme, the calendar year and the period basis (the purchase order ETA by default, or the passport publish date), then Preview.
- The totals per category use the scheme's own lines: pieces for France (Refashion), kilograms for the Netherlands (UPV Textiel), a generic layout for markets without a published format.
- Products are mapped to a category from their HS code (chapters 61, 62 and 63), or from the garment type when there is no HS code. Unmapped products are listed with a link to the editor.
- Published products use the weights frozen at publish; drafts use their current record.
Generate filing downloads an Excel workbook with the declaration sheet, one row per product, the eco-modulation indications where the scheme has them, the unallocated orders, a method sheet and the sources with the date each template was checked. The workbook is stored and listed under Generated filings.
Mark it filed
Once you have submitted the figures on the scheme's portal, click Mark as filed and enter the date and the portal reference. The weekly digest reminds you when a scheme deadline is within 60 days and the previous year is not marked filed.
Read the templates critically
Each template shows the date it was last checked against the scheme's guide. Schemes change their guides yearly, so compare the category lines and the deadline with the current guide before filing. Seamdex never computes a fee or a bonus: eco-modulation is presented as indications you check and claim on the portal.
