Every purchase order has a Price tags page (the button next to Packing list). It prints one tag per size and colour of every product on the order, with the fields you choose, the prices you enter and the real EAN-13 barcode. Published sizes also carry their passport QR.
Prices
Prices live on the product, one per currency. They arrive in three ways:
- PO import: columns whose header names a price (
RRP (EUR),Retail price DKK,MSRP) are read per style. The currency comes from the header; a header without a currency code is kept on the order for reference only. - The editor: the Prices card on the Listing tab.
- The price tags page: the Prices by style card saves as you type.
Prices are never shown on the passport, never sent to suppliers, and stay out of the published snapshot. Changing a price does not mark a published product as having unpublished changes.
Fields and currencies
Tick the fields to print: style, name, colour, size, PO number, origin and composition. Tick the currencies to print; each becomes one price line. The barcode and the QR can each be turned off.
Label size and layout
- Roll: one tag per page at the exact label size, so a roll printer needs no page setup. Presets cover 40 x 80, 50 x 30, 58 x 40 and 70 x 40 mm; any size from 15 to 300 mm works.
- A4 sheet: a grid of tags on A4 for sheet labels. Set rows, columns, margin and gap to match the sheet.
Print at 100 percent with margins set to none. A 300 dpi thermal printer reads the barcode reliably at every preset; below about 30 mm of label width the barcode is narrower than scanners expect, and the page says so before you print.
Barcode and QR
The EAN on each size prints as an EAN-13 barcode. A size whose EAN is missing or has a wrong check digit prints the code as text instead, and the page lists how many. A 12-digit UPC-A is accepted and printed as EAN-13.
The QR is the passport link of that exact size, the same one the QR sheet prints. Drafts have no passport yet, so their tags print the barcode only until the product is published.
Exports
CSV and Excel give the same rows as a table, one per size, with a column per currency and the passport URL. Send them to a label bureau or import them into a store system.
